Dinner Auction

Welcome to the site of the St. Stephen Catholic School Auction,  Our auction began in 2000 to raise money for the school and religious education building.  The first auction was held in the Radisson Hotel in downtown Tampa and raised over $35,000 dollars. Since then Angels has grown tremendously and raised over $500,000 in the past 8 years.

Each year our auction has a theme, and this year in these uncertain times we have chosen a theme that reflects our wish for days to come. 

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow

We remember yesterday, we live for today. We hope for tomorrow.  It is in our children's eyes that we see the hope and the light for our future.    We hope you can join us in our endeavor for a brighter tomorrow. 

About the event:

Where is TPepin Hospitality Centre:  Take 301 N to Martin Luther King Blvc.  Turn left onto MLK go 2.5 miles.  Turn right on 50th street.  Entrance on right 0.3 miles.  There is plenty of parking and it is free to guests.

Preview Party:  6pm party for sponsors of our event.   

The Event Begins with Cocktail and Hors D'oeuvres: 6:30pm

Silent Auction: Bidding starts at 6:30pm

Dinner:  7:15pm

Live Auction and Raffle:  Will begin soon after dinner, time to be confirmed.

What to Wear:  Black and White Semi-formal Evening Attire. 

What does the cost of my ticket include:  Tickets this year are $75 per person and include open bar, dinner and dessert.  There will be a cigar bar located outside on the veranda and cigars will be available, donations appreciated. 

Where can I stay overnight that is nearby? The Auction committee has reserved special rates of $89.00 per night at the Hampton Inn and the Suites Ybor City.  This rate includes a free shuttle to and from the event centre.  Rooms need to be booked by Sept. 24th.  Our rate code is AAU.

Where does the money from the auction go?:  The funds raised the evening of the event help to  support the school and the religious education programs and assist to provide an exemplary faith education.  The funds from this event are figured into the schools annual budget.

Why is it important for me to attend or donate:   Parents and parishioners are blessed to have an event that promotes fellowship and a strong sense of community.  Also, by supporting this event, our school costs are benefited. Please make plans to attend!
