How You Can Help Our Auction

Auction Chair - Dena Craig

1.  Donate your time: (Contact Dena Craig @ 767-4571)

• Calling and or picking up donations from businesses

• Basket preparation

• Event Decorating

• Setting up the day of the event (Note:  this leaves you time to come to the event!)

• Cleaning up after event

• Check-In/Greeter

• Check-out/ Table Closers/Runners/Finance

2.  Make a personal donation

• Go through your gift closets and donate gifts to help add to baskets

• Donate baskets and or unique containers

• Assist with your classroom craft projects

• Donate some scrip cards for the baskets

• Make a donation from your business

• Businesses you frequent and or know personally, ask them to donate

• If  your business is more of a corporate entity, consider asking them as an underwriter
