PTCO Welcomes your involvement

 

 

Parent/Teacher Community Organization

All parents with children attending St. Stephen Catholic School are required to be a member of the Parent/Teacher Community Organization (PTCO). The objective of the PTCO is to help promote the welfare and finances of the school and to provide educational opportunities for school families.  The PTCO membership fee is included in family registration fee to school. Please refer to PTCO guidelines for further information.

PTCO sponsors three general meetings per year, as well as several grade level meetings. The purpose of the general meetings is to communicate PTCO business and offer the opportunity for guest speakers related to Catholic Education and Parenting. The grade level meetings offer parents an opportunity to discuss issues that relate specifically to children of different age levels. The social, emotional, spiritual and academic areas will be discussed and parents will have the opportunity to share parenting experiences as well as benefit from one another. It is our hope that this opportunity helps us all to enhance our experience of community. These meetings will also provide time for parent concerns and questions.
