Health and Physical Education Uniform Regulations

Grades K - 5

• All uniforms must be purchased from Ave Maria in Brandon
• Mustang shorts (blue w/logo) and Mustang tee shirt (red w/logo)
• Mustang P.E. sweats (for cool weather) may be worn outdoors but not in the classroom
• Comfortable tennis shoes/sneakers, any color
• Shirts must be sized to ensure full coverage of the students waist line when arms are raised

Grades 6 - 8

• All uniforms must be purchased from Ave Maria in Brandon
• Shorts:  traditional navy cotton w/logo or new navy nylon mesh w/logo
• Tops: Mustang red tee shirt w/logo
• Mustang P.E. sweats (for cool weather) may be worn outdoors but not in the classroom
• Comfortable tennis shoes/sneakers, any color
• Shirts must be sized to ensure full coverage of the students waist line when arms are raised

Heat and Sun Exposure Issues

• Hats, visors, sunglasses and water bottles are highly encouraged!!! However, hats may not be worn inside the school building.

Uniform Infractions

• Student P.E. uniforms will be checked during each class
• After 2 uniform infractions a notice will be sent home to be signed and returned the next school day to the P.E. teacher.
• The students grade will be affected.
